Engineered by AML Oceanographic, the SVP is built to perform in harsh marine conditions. Its modular design supports quick sensor swaps in the field, thanks to Xchange™ sensor technology, which allows users to easily replace or recalibrate sensors without returning the unit to the factory. This flexibility reduces downtime and streamlines survey workflows.
The standard configuration includes a sound velocity sensor, but the AML-3 can also be customized with additional sensors for temperature, pressure, salinity, conductivity, or turbidity — making it a versatile instrument for a variety of data collection needs.
